The first 1-3 weeks after major surgery is the highest-risk window for wound infection, DVT, medication errors and complications. We place experience-matched nurses (GNM for routine post-op, ICU-trained for complex cases) who run the post-op routine and coordinate with the treating surgeon.

Do you provide home nursing right after surgery discharge in Delhi?
Yes — one of our most common case types. We frequently handle same-day or next-morning starts after hospital discharge. We collect the discharge summary, prescription and surgeon's protocol, then place an experience-matched nurse to start within 60–120 minutes.
Can the nurse do sterile wound dressing and IV antibiotics?
Yes — both are core skills. Sterile dressing is routine for all our GNM/BSc nurses. IV antibiotics require a BSc-qualified nurse, which we place for cases with continued IV therapy at home (typically 3-10 days post-discharge).
How does the home nurse coordinate with my surgeon?
We collect the surgeon's contact at engagement start. The nurse maintains a daily WhatsApp report (wound status, vitals, pain score, mobility progress). Wound infection or complication signs are escalated immediately.
