ZYPARA 650 Tablet is an analgesic and antipyretic medicine used for mild to moderate pain and fever. It contains Paracetamol as an active ingredient. Paracetamol exhibits the central analgesic action by inhibiting the release of pain causing chemicals (prostaglandins) at the affected site. It also exhibits the antipyretic action by directly acting on the heat-regulating centres present in the brain, thereby causing peripheral vasodilation causing sweating and loss of body heat. Always take ZYPARA 650 Tablet as advised by your doctor. Do not repeat the dose of this medicine more frequently than every 4 hours or more than 5 doses in the period of any 24-hour period.
