VENTAB XL 75MG TABLET is a potent antidepressant drug. It contains a medicine called venlafaxine which is a selective serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SSNRI). It acts by increasing the levels of certain chemicals (serotonin and norepinephrine) within the brain that elevates your mood and stabilizes mental health. As a result, it makes you feel active and energetic and reduces unnecessary fear and anxiety.
Directions for Use
Take VENTAB XL 75MG TABLET with food or as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not cursh or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of theray for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition. Do not stop taking VENTAB XL 75MG TABLET abruptly as it may lead to withdrawal symptoms such as aggressiveness, tiredness, dizziness, sleeplessness, nightmares, dry mouth, nervousness, agitation, confusion or ringing in the ears.
