TRIVON 10MG is a monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOIs) that works by blocking an enzyme called monoamine oxidase, which is responsible for degradation of the chemicals in the brain such as serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine in the central nervous system of the body. LIVERTRIVON 10MG is not recommended for use in patients with liver damage. Consult your doctor before taking it. ALLERGYDo not take TRIVON 10MG if you are allergic to tranylcypromine. HEART DISEASETRIVON 10MG is not recommended for use in patients with severe heart disease. TRIVON 10MG should be taken with caution in patients with mild heart problem that restricts your activity. Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally take too much of TRIVON 10MG, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Symptoms of overdose includes mental confusion with reduced awareness of surroundings (delirium) and low platelet levels in the blood (thrombocytopenia), increased heartbeat, sweating, fever, restlessness, and excitement. Tremors, depression, and coma may also be present or develop. Blood pressure may increase, but it also could drop lower than normal.
