INTRODUCTION ABOUT TRISOPT OPHTHALMIC SOLUTIONTRISOPT Eye drops is used to reduce pressure in the eye in the conditions of Glaucoma and Ocular hypertension. TRISOPT Eye drops is a combination of Brimonidine, Brinzolamide and Timolol which belong to the group of medicines known as Anti-glaucoma agents which works by lowering the pressure in the eye. TRISOPT Eye drops is not recommended in patients with kidney problems, heart disorders, hyperchloraemic acidosis and bronchial asthma. TRISOPT Eye drops should be used with caution in patients with liver disease, raynaud's disease or Raynaud's syndrome, Hypoglycemia/diabetes or myasthenia gravis. How It Works
TRISOPT Eye drops is a combination of Brimonidine, Brinzolamide and Timolol. Brimonidine works by cutting down the production of liquid, which lowers the pressure in the eye. Brinzolamide works by reducing pressure within the eyeball. Timolol works by relaxing blood vessels and slowing heart rate to improve blood flow and decrease blood pressure.
Directions for Use
Always use TRISOPT Eye drops as advised by your physician. It is for Ophthalmic use only. Shake the bottle before using TRISOPT Eye drops. Hold the bottle, pointing down, between your thumb and middle finger. Tilt your head back. Pull down your eyelid with a clean finger, until there is a pocket between the eyelid and your eye and instill the eye drop. Do not touch the eye or eyelid, surrounding areas or other surfaces with the dropper.
