How It Works
TOREX COLDREST Tablet contains a combination of active ingredients such as Paracetamol (acetaminophen), Phenylephrine, and Chlorpheniramine Maleate. Paracetamol works by inhibiting the production of certain chemicals in the brain called prostaglandins, which are involved in the transmission of pain signals and fever response. Phenylephrine works by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages. This action reduces swelling and congestion in the nasal tissues, making it easier to breathe through the nose and relieving symptoms such as nasal congestion and sinus pressure. Chlorpheniramine blocks the action of histamine, a substance produced by the body in response to allergens or irritation.
