INTRODUCTION ABOUT SUDIN KID+ SYRUPSUDIN KID+ SYRUP is a combination of Chlorpheniramine, Menthol, Paracetamol, Phenylephrine and Sodium Citrate which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines, Cooling agents, Analgesics & Antipyretics, Nasal decongestant and Mucolytics respectively. It is used to relieve nasal and sinus congestion, allergic symptoms of the nose or throat due to hay fever, upper respiratory tract allergies (symptoms include runny nose, cough, sneezing, watery eyes, sore throat, body ache, and fever), sinus pain and headache. It is also used in combination with antibacterial in sinusitis, tonsillitis and otitis media. SUDIN KID+ SYRUP is not recommended for use in patients with liver dysfunction, severe kidney disease, severe high blood pressure and glaucoma. Contact your doctor before taking. How It Works
SUDIN KID+ SYRUP helps to relief cold and flu where Chlorpheniramine blocks the binding of histamine (responsible for allergic reactions such as sneezing, watery and itchy eyes, and runny nose) to Histamine H1receptors, thus managing allergic reactions. Menthol helps to give the sensation of breathing easier and reduces cough by acting on the cold receptors present in the nose and throat. Paracetamol belongs to Analgesics and Antipyretics works to stop the pain messengers from getting through to the brain and also acts in the brain to reduce fever. Thus, decreasing pain and fever. Phenylephrine works by reducing congestion in the upper respiratory tract, including the nose, nasal passages and sinuses, and making it easier to breathe. Sodium Citrate belongs to Mucolytics, thins and loosen phlegm in the nose, trachea and lungs helps to make coughing easier.
