It contains saccharomyces boulardii as an active ingredient which is used to manage diarrhoea due to infection or by the use of antibiotics. Saccharomyces boulardii is a dry form of yeast called probiotics, it acts as a friendly organism which helps to fight against disease causing organisms in the gut such as bacteria and yeast. Always take Sonata Powder as advised by the physician. It is for oral use only, either directly or mix with water. It should not be mixed with very hot or cold water. Recommended usage is 2 sachets daily for adults or as advised by the doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Don’t use the sachet if you find any leak or lump formation. Do not take Sonata Powder if you are allergic to any of its components. Before taking this medicine inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breast-feeding women.
