INTRODUCTION ABOUT SOLACID SUSPENSIONSOLACID Sugar Free Aniseed Flavoured Suspension is an antacid and anti-flatulent medicine used for providing relief from acidity, heartburn, nausea, acid reflux, bloating and stomach upset. It can also be used to reduce stomach pain and discomfort caused due to peptic ulcer. It contains dried aluminium hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate, magnesium hydroxide and simethicone as active ingredients. Antacids like dried aluminium hydroxide, magnesium trisilicate and magnesium hydroxide works by neutralizing the stomach acid production which helps in reducing stomach problems caused due to gastric acid secretions like acidity, heartburn, indigestion etc. It also manages the worsening of stomach ulcers among affected patients. Simethicone is a surfactant medicine with anti-gas properties. It works by decreasing the surface tension of air (gas) bubbles in the gastrointestinal tract. This action helps in eliminating the accumulated gas from the gut region during bowel movements. Take SOLACID Sugar Free Aniseed Flavoured Suspension as advised by your physician. Shake the medicine well before use. Take 1 to 2 teaspoonful (5 to 10ml) of SOLACID Sugar Free Aniseed Flavoured Suspension after each meal or whenever required.
