Symptoms include pain or itching sensation in the anal region, pain full swelling, bleeding from the anal region. Your doctor may advise you to avoid foods rich in fats, sugar or carbohydrates but might suggest consuming dietary supplements and foods rich in fibers such as wheat, bran, prunes, barley, apples, corn, pears, cereals, sweet potato, broccoli, beans, lentils. Your doctor may also advise self-care management with ice packs or cold compressions, and sitz baths (to sit in a few inches of lukewarm water for 10 min) to reduce pain, swelling and bleeding. Do not apply SITCOM LD CREAM if you have a bleeding disorder (uncontrolled bleeding), severe liver disease. Before using SITCOM LD CREAM inform your doctor if you have methemoglobinemia (increased methemoglobin level in the blood), G6PD deficiency, heart diseases, lung diseases, low red blood cells or hemoglobin. SITCOM LD CREAM is a combination of Lignocaine and Euphorbia prostrata Extract. Lignocaine stabilizes the neuronal membrane by inhibiting the ionic fluxes required for initiation and conduction of impulses, thereby effecting local anesthetic action reducing pain and itching and irritation. Euphorbia prostrata Extract has been evaluated for its use in the management of the haemorrhoidal disease. Flavonoids and phenolic acid have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antioxidant, haemostatic, anti-thrombic and vasoprotective actions.

Directions for Use

Apply SITCOM LD CREAM as advised by your physician. It is for rectal only. Apply the medicine to the affected area around the anus as advised by your doctor. Avoid contact with this medicine to your eyes, ears, nose, mouth.

Side Effects

SITCOM LD CREAM may include nausea, dyspepsia, abdominal pain, gastralgia, gastritis, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, contact dermatitis, allergic reaction, hypersensitivity and dry mouth.
