SINAREST NEW NASAL SPRAY opens and clears the nasal passages. It works by narrowing down the blood vessels supplying the nasal passage. This helps swollen blood vessels of the nasal tract to return to its normal size which allows the air to pass through the nostrils more freely. Drug-Drug interactions: Before using SINAREST NEW NASAL SPRAY, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines: antidepressants (used to manage depression) such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (Ex. moclobemide, isocarboxazid, phenelzine and tranylcypromine), tricyclic antidepressants (Ex. amitriptyline, nortriptyline), lithium, fluoxetine, sertraline, citalopram, escitalopram etc. medicines used to control blood pressure such as alpha blockers (Ex. prazosin, terazocin), beta blockers (Ex. propranolol, atenolol) or bethanidine, debrisoquine and guanethidine timolol, betaxolol (used to manage glaucoma in the eye) medicines used to manage parkinsonism (such as bromocriptine and rasagiline) medicines used for irregular heart rate (such as digoxin) medicines used for migraine headache (such as ergotamine or methysergide) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally applied too much of SINAREST NEW NASAL SPRAY, consult your doctor immediately.
