INTRODUCTION ABOUT SINAREST NASAL SPRAYSINAREST NASAL SPRAY is a combination of Oxymetazoline and Sorbitol which belongs to the group of medicines called Nasal decongestants and Sugar alcohols respectively. It is used to relieve nasal congestion due to cold, upper respiratory allergies, or sinusitis. Nasal congestion is defined as stuffy nose that occurs when nasal and adjacent tissues and blood vessels become swollen with excess fluid, causing a "stuffy" packed feeling. How It Works
SINAREST NASAL SPRAY relieves stuffy nose where Oxymetazoline acts on alpha-adrenergic receptors in the vessels of the conjunctiva and nasal mucosa, leading to narrowing of vessels, resulting in decreased conjunctival congestion, decreased blood flow, and decreased nasal congestion, and Sorbitol manages dehydration and improves miniaturization of nasal mucosa.
Directions for Use
Use SINAREST NASAL SPRAY as advised by your physician. It is for intranasal use only. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
Side Effects
SINAREST NASAL SPRAY in children have not been established. Before using SINAREST NASAL SPRAY, inform your doctor if you have any heart problems. It has not been studied in pregnancy and breastfeeding, so consult your doctor before using it. The most common side effects of using SINAREST NASAL SPRAY are local stinging or burning feeling, sneezing, and dryness of the mouth and throat. Contact your doctor if any of the side effects worsen. Drug Interactions

Drug - Drug interactions: Before using SINAREST NASAL SPRAY, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine: medicines used to manage depression (Ex. selegiline, amitriptyline) medicines used to reduce blood pressure (Ex. labetalol, sotalol) other medicines containing oxymetazoline Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally uses too much of SINAREST NASAL SPRAY, contact your doctor immediately.
