It contains glycerin and petrolatum as active ingredients to manage skin dryness. Glycerin acts as an emollient that soothes the irritated skin and petrolatum displaces water and forms a barrier on the skin to protect it from the external harsh environment. Always use Secalia cream as advised by the doctor. It is for external use only. Cleanse the skin and gently apply the cream on the affected areas or as directed by the doctor.
