INTRODUCTION ABOUT SALBUVAC SYRUPSALBUVAC SYRUP contains Salbutamol which belongs to the group of medicines called Bronchodilators. How It Works
SALBUVAC SYRUP is a bronchodilator. It relaxes the smooth muscles of the airways and widens them. It also blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the airways (such as mast cells) that cause inflammation and swelling. As a result, it reduces airway inflammation, manages the airways from becoming narrow and allows the air to pass through more freely which makes breathing easier.
Directions for Use
Take SALBUVAC SYRUP as advised by your physician. Shake well before use. Measure the required quantity of the medicine in the measuring cup provided with this pack and consume it immediately. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending on your age, body weight and disease condition. Do not stop taking SALBUVAC SYRUP without consulting your doctor as it may make your symptoms re-appear once again.
Side Effects

HEART DISEASESALBUVAC SYRUP should be used with caution in patients with heart diseases (such as irregular or fast heartbeat or angina) or a previous history of the same. Therefore, consult your doctor before taking it. OTHERSSALBUVAC SYRUP is not recommended for use in patients having: premature labour or threatened abortion (miscarriage especially during the first 6 months of pregnancy) Before taking SALBUVAC SYRUP, inform your physician if you: have an over-active thyroid gland have diabetes have an enlarged prostate gland are going to have any surgery Use in pediatrics: SALBUVAC SYRUP is not recommended for use in children younger than 2 years of age. Drug-Drug interactions: Before taking SALBUVAC SYRUP, inform your physician if you are taking any of the following medicines such as: beta-blockers (used to manage high blood pressure or other heart conditions) Ex. atenolol, propranolol and sotalol other medicines used to manage hypertension (such as guanethidine, reserpine, methyldopa) medicines used to manage depression such as (amitriptyline, desipramine, imipramine etc.) medicines used for anesthesia (such as chloroform, halothane, cyclopropane) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally took more SALBUVAC SYRUP, contact your doctor immediately or go to the hospital straight away. Symptoms of overdosage might include fast heartbeat, shakiness, hyperactivity and acid buildup in the body.
