Diabetic nephropathy chronic kidney disease in stage I, II, III Talk to Doctor Pregnancy & Breast Feeding Children & Adolescents Driving & Using Machines Tell your doctor before taking this medicine, if you: are allergic to alpha Ketoanalogue or any other ingredients taking this medicine suffer from hypercalcemia suffer from hereditary phenylketonuria If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine NA NA Tell your doctor if you are taking calcium containing medicines certain antibiotics such as tetracyclines, quinolines drugs containing iron, fluoride or estramustine antacid such as aluminium hydroxide Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water Take 4 to 8 tablets three times a day during meals This dosage applies to adults (70 kg body weight - 1 Tab/5 BW/day) Tablets are given if the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is below 25 ml/min and a diet with an intake of max. 40 g protein per day (for adults) is followed If you take more RENOLOG If you take more RENOLOG than you should contact your doctor immediately If you forget to take RENOLOG If you forget to take RENOLOG than you should take it as soon as possible and do not take double the dose If you stop taking RENOLOG If you stop taking RENOLOG do not stop taking without your doctor’s advice Serious Common Uncommon Rare Very Rare It is possibly safe for most adults when used appropriately NA NA NA NA NA Additional Information Storage NA keep this medicine out of reach of children Do not use this medicine after expiry date Store at room temperature 15ºC to 25ºC
