It contains Capsicum Oleoresin, Mephenesin and Methyl nicotinate as active ingredients that help to relieve muscle spasms. Capsicum Oleoresin relieves pain by decreasing certain natural substance in the body that passes pain signals to the brain. Mephenesin acts as a muscle relaxant and helps to relieve muscle spasms and pain.
