INTRODUCTION ABOUT REDION FORTE SYRUPREDION FORTE Syrup is an iron supplement used to manage iron deficiency anemia, folate deficient megaloblastic anemia, anemia due to chronic blood loss, hook worm infestation. It can also be used for the prophylaxis of megaloblastic anemia and neural tube defects in pregnancy. It contains Iron and Folic acid as active ingredients. Iron is an essential element needed for the production of haemoglobin (a protein that transports oxygen from lungs to all parts of the body), thereby helps to manage iron deficiency anemia. Folic acid helps in the production of red blood cells and also manages brain and spinal cord birth defects during pregnancy. Always take REDION FORTE Syrup exactly as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. It is advised to take 1 tablespoon (15ml) of REDION FORTE Syrup twice daily or as directed by your physician. Do not exceed the stated daily recommended dosages.
