RECOPRESS 250MG TABLET contains Disulfiram which belongs to the group of medicines called Aldehyde Dehydrogenase Inhibitors. It is used to manage in patients with alcohol dependence (or alcohol addiction). It helps to manage the habit of alcoholism in patients having a habit of drinking excessive alcohol (chronic alcoholism). RECOPRESS 250MG TABLET helps in reducing alcohol dependence. It creates aversion towards alcohol by creating various unpleasant symptoms (such as flushing, burning sensation, throbbing headache, increased sweating, chest tightness, dizziness, vomiting, visual disturbances and confusion). Before taking RECOPRESS 250MG TABLET inform your doctor if you have any lung, liver, kidney or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have diabetes, high or low blood pressure, thyroid problems, brain damage, fits or any mental disorders as a precaution.
