It improves micro circulation, increases collagen and fibroblast production. RADANT I EYE CONCENTRATE Cream also lowers pigmentation levels, reduces free radical damage and gives a tightening flash effect to skin around the eyes. Pephatight is an all-natural instant skin tightener which has immediate firming effects, but it also improves elasticity over time.
