Introduction
PRADIL 150MG TABLET contains Propafenone which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-arrhythmic agents. It is used to slow down the heart rate and helps to regulate the heartbeat. It can be used to manage arrhythmias (abnormal heart rhythms). PRADIL 150MG TABLET is not recommended for use in patients with chronic bronchitis or emphysema (known as COPD), Brugada syndrome (a heart rhythm disorder), heart failure, abnormally slow heartbeat, low blood pressure, a recent heart attack in the past 3 months. PRADIL 150MG TABLET works by blocking abnormal electrical signals in the heart to correct irregular heartbeat to normal rhythm.
Directions for Use
Take PRADIL 150MG TABLET as advised by your physician. It should be taken after food. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine.
