Also, inform your doctor if you experience severe unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness along with fever after taking PIVASTA 4MG. USES OF PIVASTA 4MG Manages high blood cholesterol levels HOW PIVASTA 4MG WORKSPIVASTA 4MG is a lipid lowering medicine. It effectively reduces the levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides in the body by blocking the action of an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase which is involved in the production of cholesterol. DIRECTIONS FOR USETake PIVASTA 4MG as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. PIVASTA 4MG can be taken with or without meals. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and health condition. Do not stop taking PIVASTA 4MG without consulting your doctor.
