INTRODUCTION ABOUT PICICLIB 125 CAPSULEPICICLIB 125 CAPSULE contains Palbociclib which belongs to the group of medicines called Kinase inhibitors. It is used to manage men and women with certain types of breast cancer (hormone receptor-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative) which have spread beyond the original tumour or to other organs. Also, for women, it is given together with aromatase inhibitors or flustering who have received prior endocrine therapy. In pre- or perimenopausal women, endocrine therapy should be combined with a luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LHRH) agonist. Breast cancer is defined as a malignancy (abnormal cells divide without control and can invade nearby tissues) originating from breast tissue, with symptoms like a painless lump and swelling, redness, warmth, and hardening of the skin. How It Works

PICICLIB 125 CAPSULE blocks certain proteins (cyclin-dependent kinase 4 and 6) that regulate cell growth and division. Blocking these proteins can slow down the growth of cancer cells and delay the advancement of your cancer.

Directions for Use

Take PICICLIB 125 CAPSULE as advised by your physician. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will determine the correct dose and duration for you depending on your age, body weight, and disease condition. Do not stop taking PICICLIB 125 CAPSULE unless your doctor advises you to stop.
