Parawel-650 Tablet belongs to antipyretic and analgesic (pain killers) medicine which is used to relieve mild to moderate pain (such as headache, toothache, back and menstrual pain) and fever. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient which is used to manage a wide range of painful conditions and fever. Paracetamol acts as an antipyretic as well as painkiller. It works by inhibiting the production of a chemical called prostaglandins in the body, which are responsible for causing pain and swelling in the body. As a result, it reduces various pain. It also has a direct action on heat regulating centres in the brain, leading to peripheral vasodilation, sweating and loss of body temperature. Thus, it reduces fever. Always take Parawel-650 Tablet as advised by the physician. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water and do not crush or chew the medicine. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
