INTRODUCTION ABOUT PARAGREAT 250MG SUSPENSIONParagreat 250mg Suspension is an analgesic to relieve mild to moderate pain in paediatric patients. It contains Paracetamol as active ingredients to lower fever, common cold or flu. Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in the synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centers in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat. Take Paragreat 250mg Suspension as advised by your doctor. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. It should be used with caution in patients with liver or kidney problem. KEY COMPOSITION Paracetamol
