PANTOCID HP KIT TABLET is a combination of Clarithromycin, Pantoprazole and Amoxicillin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antibiotics and Antiulcer agents. It is used to eradicate a bacteria called Helicobacter pylori in patients with active chronic gastritis, stomach and intestinal ulcers. How It Works
PANTOCID HP KIT TABLET effectively eradicates H. Pylori and manages ulcers, where Clarithromycin which belongs to a group of medicine called macrolide antibiotics which enters the bacteria and stop its growth thus relieving the infection. Amoxicillin is a penicillin antibiotic which interferes with the important life cycle of the bacteria leading to its destruction. Pantoprazole is a selective proton pump inhibitor, which acts on the cells present in the lining of the stomach and reduces the amount of acid produced in the stomach.
