INTRODUCTION ABOUT PACROMA XL CREAMPACROMA XL CREAM is used to manage atopic dermatitis (inflammation of the skin). It is also used to manage signs and symptoms of mild or moderate eczema (e.g. redness and itch) in children aged 3 months to 17 years and adults. PACROMA XL CREAM contains Pimecrolimus which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal immunosuppressant which works in the cells in the skin that cause the inflammation and characteristic redness and itching of eczema. How It Works

PACROMA XL CREAM contains Pimecrolimus which is a calcineurin inhibitor works by blocking calcineurin (a protein in our bodies that helps to activate the immune system). By blocking the immune response it lessens the inflammation which is caused by eczema.

Directions for Use

Always apply PACROMA XL CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Wash and dry your hands before applying. Apply a thin layer of PACROMA XL CREAM to the affected area and rub it gently and fully. Avoid applying this medicine around nose, eyes or mouth. Do not cover the manageed areas of skin with dressings, bandages, and wraps. Do not bath or shower right after applying the cream as this could wash your cream off.
