INTRODUCTION ABOUT PACIMOL 120MG SUSPENSIONPacimol Suspension is a painkiller and anti-pyretic medicine. It is used in children to temporarily relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, toothache, migraine, nerve pain, sore throat, period pains and general aches and helps to reduce fever (high body temperature). Also, it relieves symptoms of cold and flu. It contains paracetamol as an active ingredient that reduces fever and pain. Paracetamol relieves pain by increasing the pain threshold by inhibiting certain enzymes (COX-1 and COX-2) involved in synthesis of chemicals responsible for inducing pain (prostaglandins). It reduces fever by directly acting on heat-regulating centers in the brain, resulting in vessel relaxation, sweating and loss of body heat. Always give Pacimol Suspension to your child as advised by the doctor. Shake well before use. Recommended dosage is 10-15 mg/kg per dose up to maximum 4 times in 24 hours and minimum 4 hours interval between 2 doses. Do not give this medicine to your child beyond 3 days without doctor’s advice. Use a measuring cup to properly measure the dose. KEY COMPOSITION Paracetamol
