Introduction

P2I TABLET is used to manage peptic ulcers, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and reflux esophagitis and its associated symptoms such as acidity, heartburn, acid reflux and pain in swallowing. It contains Pantoprazole which belongs to the group of medicines called Proton pump inhibitors. P2I TABLET can also be used to manage peptic ulcer caused due to long-term use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (such as aspirin, ibuprofen). Take P2I TABLET at least 1 hour before meals to achieve maximum benefits. During management with P2I TABLET your doctor will closely monitor kidney functions, liver functions and blood magnesium levels to avoid the risk of unwanted

How It Works

P2I TABLET contains Pantoprazole which helps to reduce gastric acid secretion by the blocking the actions of a protein membrane called H+K+Atpase (proton pump) across the stomach lining. As a result, it manages the worsening of ulcers, heals the existing ulcers and esophageal lesions and provides relief from the unpleasant symptoms of GI tract (such as acidity, heartburn and acid reflux).

Directions for Use

Take P2I TABLET 30 minutes to 1 hour before meals or as advised by your physician Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition Do not stop taking P2I TABLET unless your doctor advice you to stop
