the body in patients who have already received other managements gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST) that have spread to other parts of the body or are not manageable with surgery in patients who have already received management with imatinib and sunitinib liver cancer in patients who have been previously manageed with sorafenib Talk to Doctor Pregnancy & Breast Feeding Children & Adolescents Driving & Using Machines Talk to your Doctor, if you: are allergic to Regorafenib or any of the other ingredients of this medicine have liver, bleeding or heart problems have severe bowel problems (a tear developing in the stomach or a bowel) have infections which may cause death If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine NUBLEXA 40MG should not be given to children under 18 years of age [DRIVINGMACHINES] Tell your doctor if you are taking, rifampin (used to manage tuberculosis) phenytoin, carbamazepine, phenobarbital (used to manage seizures) methotrexate (used to manage cancer) rosuvastatin, fluvastatin, atorvastatin (used to manage cholesterol) Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you Take this medicine by mouth Swallow this medicine whole with water If you take more NUBLEXA 40MG In case of drug overdose, contact your doctor or go to the nearest hospital immediately If you forget to take NUBLEXA 40MG If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember on that day. Do not take two doses of this medicine on the same day to make up for a missed dose from the previous day.
