Introduction
INTRODUCTIONNEUROVIN 5MG contains Vinpocetine which belongs to the group of medicines called Nootropics. It is indicated in adults to manage the symptoms caused by circulatory disorders in the brain (ischemic hypoperfusion and various forms of ischemic hypoperfusion conditions). Ischemic hypoperfusion is a condition in which there is an inadequate blood flow to the brain. It is characterized by symptoms such as difficulty speaking, weakness in one arm or leg, dizziness, vertigo, double vision or loss of coordination. Before taking NEUROVIN 5MG inform your doctor if you have liver or kidney insufficiency, heart conditions (such as severe coronary heart disease, cardiac arrhythmia, prolonged QT intervals), lowered blood pressure, current eye inflammation or lactose intolerance. Drug - Drug interactions: Before taking NEUROVIN 5MG, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicines: aspirin, clopidogrel, dalteparin, enoxaparin, heparin and warfarin (used to manage blood clots) diclofenac, ibuprofen and naproxen (used to manage pain) antiarrhythmics Ex. amiodarone (used to manage heart rhythm disorders) antihypertensive drugs Ex. nifedipine (used to manage high blood pressure) medicinal products acting on the central nervous system (Ex. citalopram, escitalopram) (used to manage depression and anxiety) cayenne peppers, garlic, cassia cinnamon, gingko biloba, grape seed extract, dong quai and feverfew (blood thinning herbal medicines) medicinal products known to cause QT prolongation like clarithromycin (used to manage bacterial infections) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally takes too much of NEUROVIN 5MG, contact your doctor or visit the nearby hospital immediately.
