Introduction
INTRODUCTION ABOUT NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENTNEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT contains Tobramycin which belongs to the group of medicines known as Antibiotics. It is used in the management of external infections of the eye and its adnexa caused by susceptible bacteria. Bacterial conjunctivitis is the infection of the transparent membrane (conjunctiva) that lines the eyelid and covers the white part of your eyeball. Symptoms of bacterial conjunctivitis include pain, discomfort, redness, itching, irritation and watering of the eyes. Do not wear contact lens if you have ocular infection while using NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT. Remove the contact lenses before using NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT and can put them back after 15 minutes of use. NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT should be used with caution in patients who have ever had neuromuscular disorders, such as myasthenia gravis or Parkinson’s disease. NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT should be used with caution in pregnant women or if you think you may be pregnant and in breastfeeding woman. Consult your doctor before using. Directions for Use
Always use NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT exactly as directed by your physician. It is for ophthalmic use only. Apply the medicine into the affected eye 1 to 2 times a day or as directed by the physician. Your doctor will administer the right dose depends on your age, body weight and disease condition.
Side Effects

DRIVING AND USING MACHINESDo not drive or handle any machines while using this medicine, since it may cause blurred vision or other visual disturbances. ALLERGYDo not use NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT you are allergic to Tobramycin or to any other ingredients of this medicine. Drug Interactions

Drug - Drug interactions: beta lactam antibiotics like penicillin’s, cephalosporins (medicines used to manage infections of the eye, ear or the skin) other aminoglycoside antibiotics like gentamicin, amikacin (medicines used to manage bacterial infections) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally uses too much of NEBRACIN EYE/SKIN OINTMENT, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital. Wash your eyes and rinse it all out with warm water.
