nasal and sinus inflammation. Always use Nasowash Starter Kit as advised by your physician. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Empty the entire contents of one Nasowash kit into the Nasowash squeeze bottle. Pour previously boiled, lukewarm water into the bottle up to the 200 ml mark as directed by the physician. Do not use boiling hot water. Screw the cap onto the bottle and gently shake until powder dissolves. Use this solution to wash the nasal passages and sinus cavity as instructed in the starter kit.
