Introduction
INTRODUCTION ABOUT NADOXIN PLUS CREAMNADOXIN PLUS CREAM is a combination of Mometasone, Nadifloxacin and Terbinafine, which belong to a group of medicines known as Corticosteroids, Fluoroquinolone antibiotics and Antifungal agents. It is used to manage mixed bacterial and fungal infections of the skin. NADOXIN PLUS CREAM is also used to manage redness, itching and rash formation in the affected area. It also aids in managing the pus-containing eruptions that occur as a result of inflammation. Along with the management, your doctor may ask you to practise good hand and self-hygiene practices to lessen the chances of re-infection. NADOXIN PLUS CREAM is not recommended for use in patients who are diagnosed or suspected with rosacea, characterised by reddening and flushing of the face along with visibility of underlying blood vessels, have redness and an itchy rash around the mouth (perioral dermatitis) or anus and genital region or have bacterial, viral or parasitic infections like tuberculosis, syphilis, impetigo or chicken pox. How It Works
NADOXIN PLUS CREAM contains Mometasone, Nadifloxacin and Terbinafine. Mometasone works by managing the release of mediators that causes swelling, redness, itching sensation etc. of the skin. Nadifloxacin works by managing the multiplication of bacteria by blocking the production of bacterial enzymes. Terbinafine works by blocking the production of sterol components in the fungi, which helps to build its cell wall.
Directions for Use
Always apply NADOXIN PLUS CREAM as directed by your physician. It is meant only for external use. Apply a thin layer of NADOXIN PLUS CREAM on the affected area and ensure not to cover the area with a plaster or bandage. Avoid applying NADOXIN PLUS CREAM near your breast, around your eyes and on your eyelids. Wash your hands thoroughly after using NADOXIN PLUS CREAM. The doctor will determine the amount and frequency of application based on your age, body weight and disease condition.
Side Effects

Drug Interactions

Drug-Drug Interactions: Before using NADOXIN PLUS CREAM, inform your doctor if you are taking any of the following medicine: medicines used to manage acne by peeling the skin (Ex. aromatic agents, alcohol) Overdosage: If you or anyone else accidentally applied or consumed too much of NADOXIN PLUS CREAM, consult your doctor immediately or visit the nearby hospital if the symptoms get worse or persist.
