INTRODUCTION ABOUT MYCODERM NM CREAMMYCODERM NM CREAM is a combination of Miconazole, Mometasone and Nadifloxacin which belongs to the group of medicines called Antifungals, Corticosteroids and Antibiotic respectively. It is used to manage bacterial and fungal skin infections like atopic and contact dermatitis, erythema multiforme, infective eczema, psoriasis and skin lesions. Bacterial infection occurs when bacteria enters the body, increase the number of bacteria and cause a reaction in the body. A fungal infection (mycosis) is a skin disease that is caused by a fungus when it enters the tissue. Fungal infections can be contagious and spread from one person to another person. How It Works

MYCODERM NM CREAM is a combination of Miconazole, Mometasone and Nadifloxacin. Miconazole works by causing holes in the cell membranes of the fungi and works against fungi. Mometasone is a corticosteroid that works by blocking the various chemical messengers (like histamine) involved in allergic and non-allergic mediated inflammation. It reduces inflammation, itchiness and redness by managing the traveling of infection-fighting white blood cells (WBCs) to the affected area of the body. Nadifloxacin belongs to antibiotic works by against the bacteria that cause skin infections and also inhibits the repairing of bacterial cells, thereby managing the further spread of the infections.

Directions for Use

Apply MYCODERM NM CREAM as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Apply a thin layer of the medicine to the affected area of the skin and rub it gently. Your doctor will decide the right dose depends on your age, body weight and severity of infection.
