Detailed Information

Introduction

MONTEVAC DX TABLET is used in the management of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). It can also be used to manage inflammation of the airways (such as bronchitis) and can provide relief from the symptoms of seasonal allergic rhinitis (nasal congestion, repeated sneezing, nasal itching, or red, watery, and itchy eyes) among asthmatic patients. It is a combination of Acebrophylline and Montelukast, which belongs to the group of medicines called Anti-asthmatic drugs that block the release of certain chemicals that are responsible for airway inflammation, swelling, and narrowing. As a result, it widens the airways and reduces airway inflammation. It also loosens the mucus accumulated in the airways, which allows the air to pass more freely through the airways and makes breathing easier. Before taking MONTEVAC DX TABLET, inform your doctor if you have any liver, kidney, or heart problems. You must also inform your doctor if you have fits, stomach ulcers, viral infections, hypertension, or hyperthyroidism as a precaution. MONTEVAC DX TABLET is not recommended for use by pregnant women. It should be used for breastfeeding women only if it is con
