INTRODUCTION ABOUT MOFLOREN BF EYE DROPSMOFLOREN BF EYE DROPS is a combination of Bromfenac and Moxifloxacin which belongs to the group of medicines called Analgesics and Antibiotics respectively. It is used to manage eye inflammation and infection. It also helps in reducing eye pain, redness, itching and/or burning or stinging sensation following eye surgery (such as cataract or corneal refractive surgery). It is typically used in conditions which involve the risk of both eye inflammation and infection such as during injuries or post-surgery. MOFLOREN BF EYE DROPS should be used only under medical supervision. It is for ophthalmic use only. Use this medicine exactly as instructed by your physician. If there is no improvement in your condition even after using this medicine for 7 days, consult your doctor for advice. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens before applying MOFLOREN BF EYE DROPS and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinsertion. How It Works

MOFLOREN BF EYE DROPS contains two medicines namely, Bromfenac and Moxifloxacin. Bromfenac is a pain-relieving medication. It blocks the release of certain chemicals in the body (such as prostaglandins) that causes inflammation, redness and swelling. When applied topically on the eyes, it reduces eye redness, soreness, pain, itching and swelling. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic. When applied topically on the eyes, it kills the susceptible bacteria that causes eye infection. Collectively, this medicine reduces inflammation and infection of the eyes.

Directions for Use

Use MOFLOREN BF EYE DROPS as advised by your physician. It is for ophthalmic use only. Tilt your head slightly backwards and gently pull your lower eyelid. Instil few drops of this medicine into the eyes and close your eyes for 2 minutes. Repeat the same for the other eye if required. If you wear soft contact lenses, remove the lens before applying MOFLOREN BF EYE DROPS and wait for at least 15 minutes before reinsertion. Wash your hands before and after application. Do not touch the tip of the container with your eyes, eyelids, areas around your eyes, outer surface of the ears or fingers, to avoid contamination. Leave a time gap of at least 5 minutes between this medicine and other eye medicines. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of therapy for you depending upon your age, body weight and health condition. If there is no improvement in your condition even after using this medicine for 7 days, consult your doctor for advice.
