It contains L-glutathione, tranexamic acid, Ptero white and tyrostat as active ingredients that aid to manage melanin synthesis, blemish age spots and give even toned skin. Tranexamic acid reduces pigmentation by inhibiting plasmin activity (responsible for the release of substances that activate melanin synthesis). Glutathione reduces oxidative stress in the body to improve overall complexion. Tyrostat inhibits the production of tyrosinase (enzyme responsible to make melanin). Ptero white improves skin texture tone and helps in keeping the skin moisturized, supple and young. Apply Melatame Melasma Cream twice daily or as advised by your physician.
