Introduction
INTRODUCTION ABOUT MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAMMELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM contains Allantoin, Tretinoin, Hydroquinone which belongs to the group of medicines called skin protectants, retinoids, demelanizing agents respectively. It is used in adults for the management of melasma (hyperpigmentation (excess melanin production) disorder with symptoms of symmetrical brown patches on sun exposed areas mainly on the face). It is advised to reduce sun exposure during management with MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM for better results. It is recommended to apply sunscreens and wear fully covering clothes while going out. Avoid smoking, exposing to open fire as MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM contains ingredients that may flame and cause severe burns. It is not advised to use MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM if you have eczema, redness on the cheeks, nose, chin, or forehead (acne rosacea), sunburn or skin irritation with redness, sensitivity to sunlight, peeling or itching, irritation of skin around mouth, using any skin peeling agents, and allergic to any of the ingredients. MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM should be used with caution in patients with a personal or family history of skin cancer, inflammatory skin disorders along with acne (pimples), photo allergy, fair complexion, or sensitive skin. How It Works
MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM contains allantoin, hydroquinone, tretinoin. Hydroquinone is a skin bleaching agent that blocks enzyme tyrosinase which is responsible for the production of melanin that causes pigmentation. Thus, it helps in fading of dark spots in skin. Tretinoin helps to recover the damage to the skin caused by sun exposure (photodamage) by thickening skin layer and loss of keratinized cells. Allantoin also has keratolytic action that helps to remove excess keratinized skin layer and a moisturizing effect that helps to get rid of irritations caused by tretinoin.
Directions for Use
Apply MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM as advised by your physician. It is for external use only. Wash your hands before applying MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM. Wash your face with a mild soap and dry properly. Apply MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM as a thin layer on the affected area. For better results do not apply any other fairness products for 1 hour after applying MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM. It’s advised to use moisturizer on your face at least everyday morning to avoid dryness caused by medicine. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, mouth, mucous membrane. Reduce exposure to sunlight while using MELAPIK EVERNEW CREAM. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.
