INTRODUCTION ABOUT MELAGARD 50+ LOTIONMELAGARD 50+ LOTION is a combination of Avobenzone, Octinoxate, Octocrylene, Oxybenzone, and Zinc Oxide which belongs to the group of medicines called Sunscreen agents and Soothing agents respectively. It is used to lighten the freckles (small light brown coloured patches on the skin), hyperpigmentation (darker skin patches), age spots, melasma (brown patches on the face) and post procedures. It also used to reduce the recurrence of black spots due to exposure to sunlight or ultraviolet light. MELAGARD 50+ LOTION should be used with caution on children under 6 months of age, consult your doctor before using it. MELAGARD 50+ LOTION protects the skin where Avobenzone, Octinoxate, Octocrylene and Oxybenzone absorb UV rays and manage the damage to cells and DNA, increase the skin's tolerability to UV rays, and thus reduces the impact of UV rays on the skin. Zinc oxide lays out a physical barrier to manage skin irritation and helps to heal damaged skin.

Apply MELAGARD 50+ LOTION as directed by your physician. It is for external use only. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration of MELAGARD 50+ LOTION for you based upon your age, body weight and disease condition. Avoid contact with or around your eyes.
