INTRODUCTION ABOUT MEFTAL P SUSPENSIONMEFTAL P SUSPENSION contains Mefenamic acid which belongs to the group of medicines called Non-steroidal Anti-inflammatory drugs. It is used to relieve the symptoms of inflammation such as redness and swelling. It can be used to manage pain and discomfort caused due to arthritis (inflammation of joints) muscular diseases or rheumatoid disorders (inflammatory disorders affecting the muscles and joints). It can also be used in the management of headache, muscle pain, tooth ache, post operative pain, childbirth pain, fever in children and painful or heavy periods. Your doctor may monitor your kidney or liver function before and during the management to make sure they are functioning properly.
