. Povidone Iodine is a microbiocidal agent that penetrates the cell wall of pathogens and interferes with their essential life processes, thereby killing the microorganisms. Always use Povinanz Gargle as advised by the physician/dentist. It is for oral use only, do not swallow. It can be used in adults and children above 6 years of age.
