acid secretion Talk to Doctor Pregnancy & Breast Feeding Children & Adolescents Driving & Using Machines Talk to your doctor before taking this medicine, if you, are allergic to Levosulpiride, Rabeprazole sodium or any of the other ingredients of this medicine have hypertension which is suspected to be due to pheochromocytoma have epilepsy have breast cancer have a stomach tumour have liver problems consume alcohol Do not take this medicine during pregnancy and breastfeeding The following symptoms have been observed in neonates of mothers who used conventional or atypical antipsychotics, including Levosulpiride, during the last trimester (last 3 months of pregnancy): tremor, rigidity and / or muscle weakness, somnolence, agitation, breathing problems and difficulty in food intake MAC RABONIK is not recommended for use in children If you feel sleepy or drowsy you should avoid driving or using machines Tell your doctor if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines Corticosteroids used to manage inflammatory diseases Atazanavir used to manage HIV infection Ketoconazole or Itraconazole medicines used for management of fungal infections Methotrexate used in high doses to manage cancer Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you It should be swallowed whole with a glass of water, preferably before breakfast This medicine should not be chewed or crushed If you take more MAC RABONIK Please contact your doctor immediately, if you have taken more MAC RABONIK than you should If you forget to take MAC RABONIK If you have forgotten to take a dose, take it immediately when you remember and continue the management as usual If it is almost time to take the next dose, you should not take the forgotten tablet Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose If you stop taking MAC RABONIK Do not stop this medicine without consulting your doctor Serious Common Uncommon Rare Very Rare Like all medicines, this medicine can cause side effects, although not everybody gets them. allergic reactions such as sudden swelling of your face, difficulty breathing or low blood pressure which may cause fainting or collapse frequent infections, such as a sore throat or high temperature (fever), or ulcers in your mouth or throat bruising or bleeding easily infections difficulty sleeping (insomnia), headache, dizziness cough, running nose or sore throat effects on your stomach or gut such as stomach pain, diarrhoea, flatulence nausea, vomiting or constipation pain without any known cause or back pain feeling nervous sleepiness or drowsiness chest infection (bronchitis) painful and blocked sinuses (sinusitis) dry mouth indigestion or belching skin rash or redness of the skin muscle pain, leg cramps or joint pain fracture of the hip, wrist or spine bladder infection (urinary tract infection) chest pain chills or fever changes in white blood cells which may result in frequent infection reduction in blood platelets resulting in bleeding or bruising more easily than normal loss of appetite (anorexia) depression visual disturbance inflammation of the stomach or mouth taste disturbance liver problems such as inflammation of the liver (hepatitis), brain damage due to liver disease (hepatic encephalopathy) and including yellowing of your skin and whites of your eyes (jaundice) itchy rash or blistering skin sweating kidney problems severe skin blistering, or soreness or ulcers in your mouth and throat severe skin reactions, blistering of the skin, mouth, eyes and genitals Additional Information Storage NA Do not use this medicine after the expiry date Store at room temperature (15-25ºC) Keep this medicine out of reach of children
