Introduction
LORMEG TABLET contains Loratadine which belongs to the group of medicines called Antihistamines. It is used to manage allergic rhinitis (an allergic response triggered by breathing in any particles like dust mites, pollen characterized by symptoms such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose and burning or itchy eyes). It is also used to manage urticaria (red and itchy skin rashes triggered by allergic reactions to food or any other irritants). LORMEG TABLET should be used with caution in patient having kidney and liver problems. Consult your doctor for advice. It is not recommended for use if you are pregnant women or breastfeeding mother. Consult your doctor before taking the medicine. This medicine is not recommended for children below 6 years of age. LORMEG TABLET reduces the allergic reaction by blocking the effects of histamine (a chemical substance produced by the body in response to some allergens like dust or pollen).
Directions for Use
Take LORMEG TABLET as advised by your physician. Swallow this medicine, do not crush or chew the medicine. Correct dosage and duration will be decided by your doctor depending upon your age, body weight and disease condition.

Dry mouth: Dry mouth can be managed by chewing sugar-free gum or sucking on sugar-free hard candies to stimulate the flow of saliva. Sip water at regular intervals of time.
