INTRODUCTION ABOUT LAXAN SOLUTIONLaxan Solution is a laxative used for constipation, salmonellosis (bacterial infection) and hepatic encephalopathy. It contains Lactulose as active ingredient which helps to increase the number of bowel movements. Lactulose softens the stool, which helps to ease constipation. It is also used to lower ammonia levels in the blood of people with liver disease. In patients with hepatic encephalopathy, it reduces the amount of ammonia in the bloodstream thereby facilitating toxins removal from the body. Take Laxan Solution once or twice a day, with or without food, using a spoon or measuring cup or as directed by the physician. It can be taken with water or fruits juices if necessary.
