scabies and head lice. Cetrimide is an antiseptic and disinfecting agent that cleanses the infected sites and manages the progression of skin infections. Sprinkle water on Klmite Soap and massage the soap between your hands to form lather. Gently apply the lather over the affected areas. Wash the lather liberally with water.
