DIRECTIONS FOR USEKETOROL INJECTION will be administered by your doctor or nurse by injection into a muscle or arm (intramuscular) or into your vein (intravenously). Your doctor will administer the right dose of KETOROL INJECTION depending upon your age, body weight and health condition. Stevens-Johnson syndrome, exfoliative dermatitis, toxic epidermal necrolysis, erythema multiforme) Stop receiving KETOROL INJECTION and contact your doctor immediately if you experience any of the following side effects: serious stomach or gut problems (bleeding from the stomach seen as bloody vomit; bleeding from your back passage seen as black sticky stools or bloody diarrhoea; ulcers or holes in your stomach or gut seen as upset stomach with stomach pain, fever, nausea or vomiting; problems with your pancreas seen as severe stomach pain which radiates to your back; worsening of ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease seen as pain, diarrhoea, vomiting, weight loss) allergic reaction (sudden swelling of your throat, face, hands or feet, trouble breathing, chest tightness, skin rashes, blisters or itching) severe skin rashes (severe rash that develops quickly, with blisters or peeling of your skin and possibly blisters in your mouth, throat or eyes, fever, headache, cough, hurting body) heart attack (chest pain which may spread to your neck and shoulders and down your left hand) stroke (muscle weakness and numbness, maybe only on one side of your body, a suddenly changed sense of smell, taste, hearing or vision, confusion) meningitis (fever, nausea, vomiting, a stiff neck, headache, sensitivity to bright light and confusion) liver problems (yellow skin or the whites of your eyes, tiredness, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, pale coloured stools) problems passing urine (a feeling of fullness and a need to empty your bladder, but then trouble emptying it)
