It contains ketoconazole as an active ingredient to provide freedom from dandruff. Ketoconazole targets an increased number of yeasts called Malassezia. It acts by destroying the fungal cell membranes, which are necessary for survival because they manage undesired chemicals from entering the cells and manage cell contents from leaking. As a result, it kills fungus and yeast. Always use Ketocip Shampoo as advised by the doctor. It is for external use only. Wet the hair and apply the shampoo on the scalp evenly.
