How It Works
IBUGESIC AP TABLET contains aceclofenac and paracetamol which works together to relieve pain and inflammation. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that blocks enzymes called cyclooxygenase (COX) enzymes, reducing the production of chemicals called prostaglandins, which are responsible for causing pain and inflammation. Paracetamol, on the other hand, works by reducing the perception of pain in the brain and also helps lower fever by acting on the heat-regulating centers in the brain. Together, they provide stronger pain relief and reduce inflammation.

How IBUGESIC AP TABLET works?
IBUGESIC AP TABLET is a combination of Aceclofenac and Paracetamol as active ingredients. Aceclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAIDs). It works by inhibiting the production of certain chemicals in the body, specifically prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are substances that contribute to inflammation, pain, and fever. By reducing the production of prostaglandins, Aceclofenac helps alleviate inflammation and pain associated with conditions such as arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and other inflammatory disorders. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic. It works by inhibiting the production of prostaglandins in the brain. While the exact mechanism is not fully understood, it is believed that paracetamol acts centrally (in the brain) to reduce pain and fever.
