Introduction
HYTRIN 1MG TABLET contains Terazosin which belongs to the group of medicines called Alpha-blockers. It is used in the management of high blood pressure and benign prostatic hyperplasia (a condition where prostate gland, by growing too big and obstructing, it can partially block the flow of urine from the bladder). Before taking HYTRIN 1MG TABLET consult with your doctor if you have heart problems or are planning to have a cataract removal surgery, or any kidney or liver impairment. HYTRIN 1MG TABLET is not recommended for use in pregnant and breastfeeding women. Consult with your doctor before taking the medicine. How It Works
HYTRIN 1MG TABLET relieves the symptoms of BPH by relaxing the muscles of the bladder and prostate and lowers blood pressure by relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily through the body.
Directions for Use
Take HYTRIN 1MG TABLET as advised by your doctor. Swallow the medicine with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the medicine. Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending on your age, body weight and disease condition.
Side Effects

Selegiline) Overdosage: If you accidentally take an overdose, consult with your doctor immediately. Overdose of HYTRIN 1MG TABLET may cause low blood pressure and other serious effects. Symptoms of an overdose of HYTRIN 1MG TABLET are dizziness, confusion, fainting, shortness of breath, fall in blood pressure, pounding of your heart (palpitations, rapid heartbeat, nausea, muscle cramps, low levels of sugar in your blood, low levels of potassium in your blood).
