INTRODUCTION ABOUT HEPATREAT SACHETHEPATREAT SACHET contains L-ornithine-L-aspartate, which belongs to the group of medicines called Hepatoprotective agents. It is used in the management of concomitant diseases and complications caused by deterioration of liver detoxification function, with symptoms of latent or severe hepatic encephalopathy and consciousness disorders such as precoma or coma. L-ornithine-l-aspartate is made up of two amino acids called ornithine and aspartic acid. Both l-ornithine and l-aspartic acid ensure hepatoprotective effects by decreasing the toxic load on the liver and by providing metabolic support for hepatic cells. How It Works
L-ornithine converts toxic ammonia into non-toxic urea, which is eliminated via the kidneys.
